Battling Drug Addiction: Struggle for sobriety amid govt. tough talk

The drug business in Kenya’s coast region is destroying lives and livelihoods as a result of drug and substance abuse.

Hundreds of youth are battling addiction, using hard drugs such as heroin and cocaine that are easily accessible in the market.

Those languishing in addiction tell a story of frustration, how the barons are getting richer at the expense of the poverty stricken families, struggling to make ends meet in order to take care of the crave.
