For 16 years, a 7.3 hectare parcel of land located in Loresho along the Lower Kabete Road has been the subject of contestation with the "temporary detention" of lands CS Alice Wahome on the parcel about a month ago being one of the latest public developments about that land. As of today, 3 parties are laying claim to the property. Investigations by NTV's specials and investigations unit, are now drawing in a possible soon to be 4th claimant, Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja who may have already made part payment to own the land.
