Since its inception, Twitter has stood out for not having the option to allow users correct errors, however minor. Users have been forced to adapt to this feature; either by deleting erred tweets or being extra keen not to make mistakes before tweeting.

The other Tweet update is the provision to attach a mix of video, photo, and a GIFs all on one tweet. Initially, a tweet went with only one format of the attached content.

The ‘Edit Button’ has come hot on the heels of reports claiming that Elon Musk has purchased the Social Network. However, these reports have not be corroborated by Twitter. Earlier this year, controversial tech billionaire Elon Musk reignited this conversation when he wanted to fully own the company. The deal came to a halt after disagreements and even ended up in court.
One interesting update that has also been introduced on the interface is, short video format scrolls, similar to Tik Tok and Instagram reels. This rollout was announced on 29 September on the Twitter Blog where they explained how to activate the feature.
