Defence CS Aden Duale says recent mass action from Azimio is the last kick of a dying horse
Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has lashed out at Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party leader Raila Odinga over the calls for mass action and rejection of some companies and products.
Duale has termed the action of the opposition as the last kick of a dying horse. He says the problems the country is facing right now is courtesy of retired president Uhuru Kenyatta’s bad leadership.
“What’s making president Kenyatta and his handshake brother very uneasy in the last seven months is because they know the crimes they have committed against the people of Kenya and economy in the last three years of the handshake,” he said.
While speaking during a closing ceremony for Madrassa in Garissa township, the CS insisted that they can’t be threatened by the ‘past’, warning that Azimio team leaders are opportunists and are merely looking for a room in Kenya Kwanza government.
“All this noise and demonstration from Azimio is not because the want good for this country and people of Kenya it’s because of the interests of few people we know. And they really know the crimes they committed against the people of Kenya,” he said.
