UDA presidential candidate William Ruto will lead campaigns in Meru county as he woos the larger mount Kenya East. Yesterday, Ruto was in Tharaka Nithi county where he promised its residents he had greater plans for their son, Kithure Kindiki. ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula will attend a church service in Lugari before holding several rallies within Kakamega county.
Azimio-One Kenya Campaign Trail
ODM party leader and the Azimio-One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga will be seeking the support of Homa Bay residents. Raila has been for the better part of the week wooing residents of his home turf. His running mate, Martha Karua will be attending a church service in Westlands hosted by Westlands’ MP candidate Tim Wanyonyi. Karua will thereafter seek the support of Gikomba, Burma, and Marikiti residents in a rally set to culminate at Githurai.
Rigathi Dismisses Claims On Plan To Probe Uhuru
Kenya Kwanza deputy president nominee Rigathi Gachagua has dismissed claims on probing President Uhuru Kenyatta if elected on August 9th. The Mathira MP slammed the Daily Nation newspaper for what he claimed was propaganda. Rigathi was speaking in Tharaka Nithi where the Kenya Kwanza brigade is on a vote hunting mission.
Uhuru Slams DP Ruto For Criticising Government
President Uhuru Kenyatta has slammed Deputy president Ruto for criticising the government. Pres. Uhuru castigated his deputy over his incessant attacks on the Jubilee administration; DP Ruto on his part holds that Kenyatta betrayed him and he should now allow him to square it out with Azimio-One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
