AMG Realtors announces leadership changes to enhance service delivery
AMG realtors has announced that its founder Andrew Muthee Gitau will be transitioning from the CEO role to Executive Director effective 1st January 2024. Under Andrew’s guidance as CEO for 11 years, the company has achieved remarkable milestones in delivering land investment solutions.
In his new capacity as the Executive Director, Andrew will focus on growing the business product portfolio. This will allow him to leverage his vast experience and strategic brilliance to guide the firm’s long-term direction and ensure they stay ahead of the curve.
“His unwavering commitment to excellence, strategic vision, and dedication to our people has laid a strong foundation for our continued success. As Andrew embarks on this next chapter, he will continue to play a critical role in our future,” noted AMG realtors CEO Designate Martin Githinji.
Githinji, whose promotion to the position of CEO Designate took effect on 1st January 2024, has been with AMG Realtors for 8 years and has made significant contributions across various departments, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer.
“I joined AMG Realtors as an intern 9 years ago, and since then, I have witnessed the remarkable growth of our company. This growth has been made possible by the unwavering support of our loyal customers both in Kenya and in the diaspora,” noted Githinji.
As a strategic thinker, skilled leader, and someone who embodies the company’s values, throughout his tenure, Martin has demonstrated commitment to achieving business results relentlessly.
“As I step into my role as the CEO Designate, I want to assure our valued staff, partners, ambassadors, customers, potential customers, and the general public that we remain committed to providing top-notch services and timely delivery of title deeds as well as exceptional investment opportunities in Kenya,” noted Githinji.
This leadership evolution marks a momentous occasion, but it also reflects the firm’s commitment to building a lasting organization with a deep bench of talent.
“The time for the young people is now, give young people real and tangible opportunities to stretch their potential and lead as soon as they show the potential to,” noted AMG Realtors Director and Founder Andrew Muthee.
The current average employee’s age at AMG Realtors is 26 years. Indeed, the youth has demonstrated capabilities to take lead in growing the business in their own capacity.
“I will work hand in hand with Martin as we manage different roles which are all focusing on serving our customers better through product diversification and innovation to continuously give them a world class experience as they achieve financial freedom through land investments. I wish Martin all the best in this new journey,” noted Muthee.
