At our recent meetup, held on Thursday, February 15, 2024, the spotlight was on introducing the African Ruby Community attachment program, spearheaded by Francis, to our community members. This program is designed with a clear objective: to familiarize individuals with the Ruby programming language, introduce them to Ruby on Rails, and guide them toward becoming proficient Ruby on Rails web developers.
Witness Growth in Action: Linah Muhonja, an ARC attachee wowed everyone with her bookstore API built from scratch! At the conference, she honed her Ruby on Rails expertise. Her understanding of the topic was top-notch as she implemented a complete CRUD API, went further to create seed data, and even tested the API using Postman! Her understanding of the topic was impressive. Just like Linah, countless participants from past conferences have leveraged the event’s immersive learning environment to propel their careers.
