Kenya Kwanza MPs say sibling rivalry with CSs is healthy

President William Ruto is on record to have complained about the lack of knowledge and incompetence of some of his cabinet secretaries, and with such evident differences, the ministers and top government officials can only keep guessing when the head of state’s mighty sword will fall.
