Hard currency denominated Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) seem to catching on in Kenya's capital markets.
In March, the debut hard currency REIT raised US$29.6 million from investors, now Two Rivers International Financial & Innovation Centre - Trific sez is out in the market seeking US$37.3 million through an I-REIT.
